THE BEST DAMN THING happened to me yesterday (5th sept)

but THE WORST DAMN THING happened to me today (6th sept)

i was involved in a traffic accident.

well my sisters and i went orchard shopping for my another sister's wedding dinner (which is on tuesday, btw) and we were on our way to airport cuz my sister is supposed to pass her friend, who is leaving for japan, an electronic dictionary.

it was drizzling and we were on PIE. we were on the outer lane (usually for cars travelling the fastest) and we were going about 80km.. then suddenly the cars infront of us brake very steeply... and so did my sister. it's funny cuz at the back of my mind when my sister was braking, i had this thought that 'something bad is going to happen' and the next moment 'BANG'!

i remembered i was eating my fries and after the 'bang', i can still calmly tied a knot to my mcdonald's plastic bag before leaving the car, to prevent my fries from turning cold. LOL

there were 4 other cars behind us who couldnt brake in time... so the collision at the back was quite bad. there is this 3rd car with many kids and i even saw the front passenger seat had 1 adult and 1 child. apparantly, the 3rd, 4th and 5th car were too near each other and there was no safety distance. moreover it was raining.... you lump everything together, you can imagine the impact.

our car was the first car and we got a small kiss on our bumper, but then i think something inside the back of the car (i dunno what is it lah haaha) has fallen out and it was left dangling.. and it was slightly stucked on our car tyre. so there is this irritating sound when we were driving... a little bit scary initially but once we found out what happened, we were much more relieved *i thought there is going to be explosion lol CHOY of cuz*

shortly after the accident, everyone got out of the car and started exchanging particulars.. taking photo.. then there is this yellow car which stopped infront of us. well, he got down and tried to 'help out' but it turns out that he is just trying to refer us to his company... he is a car mechanic la. so disgusted by it! trying to reap on someone else misfortune..

luckily no one was injured in the accident.

i am not sure if you remember that i witnessed an accident at pasir ris this april. my sister and bro in law "encouraged" me to drive home at 1am (assuming there isn't much traffic so it is safe) and the accident happened shortly after. and today, my sister asked me to drive again. imagine i drive lah. wahlao. i wonder can i react lor!

*bad experiences*

barely 6 months after i got my license i witnessed 1 accident (which is quite bad) and was involved in 1. in the 19 years of my life (before getting my license) i was only involved in 1 accident. aiyoh!!!! i'm getting scared liao.

you know, i wanted to drive to stadium tml initially (although i still dunno how to park. but i HAD THAT THOUGHT). but now, i cant even have that thought cuz the car is going to be sent for servicing. lol.

i'm still a little shaken by what has happened. i need calming tea. haha!

anyway, i am abit -_-" by the amount of projects and presentations due. the best thing is, i'm supposed to be good in projects since i'm in projects and facilities management. but i have to say, i'm very happy to be busy!

i'm not the best person to offer you any suggestions or solutions. i may not be your closest friend, but i just want you to know i'll be here as long as you need me! :)
