hello all!
today is the first day of school. well, i wasn't "not" looking forward to it. in fact, i am looking forward, hahahaha. so weird right you must be thinking.
today's lecture is new media and i find it pretty engaging and interesting so far. however, the lecturers and TA are "too" engaging that i am worried i will paiseh myself in the LT (biggest LT in arts eh!) so for the next lecture, i will sit at the front so that i will not have to shout my answer (in case the lecturer picked me)
then i sold my statistics book for a bargain! i made a $22 loss but i don't care cuz I.HATE.THE.MODULE.SO.MUCH and i dont want to see the book ever again. hahahhaa.
let me made a list of my accomplishment during the holidays!
1. i watched movies, RECENT AND LATEST to be exact! i watched yes man, the angus and thongs movie, ip man, marley&me, bedtime stories (these 3 i downloaded oops), the terminal (channel 5) etc... i'm so happy!
2. watched dramas! the gem of life, gossip girl, started a little on bones and csi (but still cannot really understand haha), desperate housewives season 2 to 5, little nyoyna? hahahaha!
3. soccer! yesterday i watched a FULL MATCH finally after months! and man u never disappoint me, cuz they thrashed chelsea :D
4. went out with mum at least once a week
5. learn how to bake nice cakes, HAHAHA!
well, although 1 didnt make the list (hongkong trip) but i am secretly glad that i did not go although i forfeited about SGD $350. over the short 5 days, my sisters stayed at home (not concurrently) cuz their hubbies went overseas and we spent so much quality time together. sometimes, it is just sad to reminisce about the times we used to spend together.. :(
i have not been so happy for a long time.
we did things we always do, like disturbing each other and not let each other go to bed in peace (by talking non-stop), compete to use the bathroom (by scissors paper stone), starve and wait for each other for dinner, going to supermarkets together, screaming at each other (in a nice way of cuz, that is the way we communicate), laugh damn loudly at random things, tempting each other with food... the list goes on :(
and saddest thing is, this reunion dinner, my house will only have 4 pple! it used to be 6 when we scream and laugh and help my mum with everything.. but this year is so quiet :( however my sisters promised me that they will come home for '2nd' round and i know they will honour their promise! :D
