last monday, i accompanied simon to queensway to get his shoes.

i made use of the trip to go ikea and get a photo frame which i always wanted to buy, to put a birthday present i received from my best friend when i was in secondary 3.

i'm not sure whether my friend still remembers the gift she gave me but it still remains my most favourite present at all times.

i always regarded secondary 3 as the best year of my life. i made great friends and most importantly my friendship with that friend grew alot stronger, to the extent that other friends told me that they are hurt by the attention i am giving to that friend compared to the rest.

however, years passed. though we still remain in contact, but the distance has grew apart.

we don meet or talk as much. although i have found many new friends but deep in my heart, i still treasure my old friends alot alot more.

i don have the power to go back to the past or change what is happening around me. i cannot change the fact that my friends don stay with each other anymore.

this is sad but this is nobody's fault. i guess this kind of things happen when we grow up.. friends come and go.
